We have a new look Hot yoga weekend schedule to share with you!
From Saturday 7th September we offer you the following Hot and Warm classes to suit any ability, whether you are new to yoga or a regular practitioner - with all the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat in our atmospheric Lunar studio.
Saturday
Warm Warrior Flow 8:45am - 9:45am with Jamie John
Hot Yoga: Level 2 10:15am - 11:15am with Benedita Sousa
Hot Yoga: Level 1 11:30am - 12:30pm with Benedita Sousa
Sunday
Warm Yoga: Level 1 8:45am - 9:45am with Ian Boylin
Hot Yoga: Level 2 10:15am - 11:15am with Ian Boylin
- Level 1 - This class is ideal if you are new to yoga or if you are a regular yogi but want to have a foundational practice.
- Level 2 - Ideal for regular yogis to help deepen and grow your practice as well as learn new poses. An energising, dynamic set sequence of poses designed to build strength, flexibility and stamina.
- Mixed Level (Warm Warrior Flow) - This class is very suitable for beginners due to clear, concise instruction and the ability to adjust each pose to suit the person. Linking traditional Hatha standing poses to form a slow, mindful flow with those Warrior poses!
