Ahead of our reopening on 17th May, we wanted to introduce you to some of the fantastic new teachers who have joined the team over the past year.
Next up is Alex Pearce, who will be teaching her signature ‘Yin to Vin’ class on Thursdays at 11am.
Alex’s journey into yoga began after a skiing injury and was advised that the quickest way to get her back up on the mountain would be to introduce a regular yoga practice as part of her rehab.
How this moment changed, not just Alex’s skiing, but her life!
After years of dedicated self-practice, Alex was eager to evolve, explore and share the teachings of yoga, so took her first 200hr teacher training with Nico Luce and has since gone to teach around the world in countries such as Canada, Bali, France and anywhere she can find a mountain peak to climb with others.

My Teaching Style
My teachings are creative, empowering and fun, I like to take you on a journey each time your step onto your mat whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced yogi, guiding you to create your own style and practice.
In my Vin to Yin class, you will begin with a fire-building awakening Vinyasa sequence and finish with cooling, calming Yin to bring harmony and equilibrium to your mind and body. You will learn skills to balance the mind and body, on and off your mat.
