Reinvent your Monday and help boost your motivation with two new classes with Natalie Allen. We are looking for ways to counter those Monday blues with a new morning ritual that will leave you feeling happier and healthier.
Monday Morning Flow, 8am - 8:45am
This 45 minute session is the perfect class to wake up both the mind and body. A combination of different Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing) techniques to warm the whole body and ignite the fire within. Working towards building strength and flexibility, finishing with a deep relaxation, to leave you feeling energised and ready for your day ahead.
Vinyasa, 9:30am - 10:30am
This class will dynamically flow from one pose to the next without stopping. A beautiful journey within, where we take time to create space between postures, allowing us to move and flow with ease and grace in a more mindful way.
Following into the evening classes with Lu Mays who will be taking a new Mindful Vinyasa. This class is completely different to anything on our timetable as it bridges the gap from beginners and Hatha into Vinyasa.
Mindful Vinyasa, 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Mindful Vinyasa invites you to create a seamless flow of postures whilst being present, observing the breath and acknowledging your physical and mental body. A slower paced Vinyasa class for all as Lu will provide modifications.
Also, a gorgeous midweek Yin and Restore with Maddy Jones. This is the perfect class to follow on from Maddy’s Flow & Restore, indulge yourself and enjoy a complimentary tea in-between.
This hour-long session will take you through a gentle journey through the physical and spiritual, connecting back to our rawest energetic form in order to soothe and heal body and mind.
A calming, restorative and meditative practice, incorporating essential oils, gentle massage and mindfulness to bring about a feeling of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Moving through a small selection restorative Yin postures, relieving the aches, pains and stresses of the day. Feel the weight of the world lift away from the shoulders as you reconnect with yourself.
