Gravity Reformer Pilates: Fix Your Posture

with Helen Ashcroft

Description

Do you struggle with stiffness and discomfort in your back and neck?

Do you feel like your posture is poor from spending too much of your day sat down, or hunched over a desk?

Then look no further, you need this course.

One of the leading causes of bad posture is a weak 'core' which includes the abdominal, back, and pelvic muscles. They play a crucial role in stabilising your spine and maintaining good posture.

When these muscles are weak, your body will compensate by relying on other muscles to provide support, leading to pain and discomfort.

The Gravity Reformer is the most effective tool we have found for developing core strength and tone. You will notice a difference in just six weeks.

This versatile machine uses a glide board and cables to provide resistance and support as you move through a series of exercises designed to target every muscle in your body.

With its emphasis on controlled, precise movements and deep core engagement, Pilates on the Gravity Reformer is the perfect way to improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness level.

Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or a complete beginner, this course will leave you feeling stronger, more toned, and poised. With a pathway to continued development with the knowledge you will have gained.

Please note, this course will take place across 8 weeks. There will be no session on 29th January or 19th February. The final session will take place on 26th February 2026.
