The control centre of everything, our movements, breath, actions, abilities, experiences, memories and emotions.
Divided between the conscious and subconscious mind...
The conscious mind dictates the now - what we are consciously aware of, remember, know and feel in the moment.
The subconscious mind works in the background, storing our learned beliefs, values and behaviours. It determines the perception of our memories and subsequently our reality.
Often, we are completely unaware of the enormous role the subconscious mind plays in our day to day life. Left unchecked and unmanaged the mind has the ability to spiral out of control, creating all manner of problems, such as stress, anxiety and even depression.
Each session in this series will develop awareness of your own mind, understanding where your subconscious thoughts, beliefs and behaviours may be holding you back and learning mindful tools and exercises to apply to daily life.
The third and final step in our 3 part mindfulness series - now you have developed a deeper understanding of your thoughts and behaviours and built an unshakeable foundation of confidence, you are now ready to bring that magic into your waking life!
Manifestation is a POWERFUL mindful practice that when done correctly, gives you the ability to make your dreams and desires your reality. Also known as the ‘law of attraction’ what you believe, you attract!
We will go into the depths of the most powerful manifesting techniques and learn practices that you can take away with you, watching as your dreams and desires start come to life!
